To report a lost or stolen Gift Card, please telephone our Customer Helpdesk 0818 300 239
Please note that you will be required to provide details regarding your Gift Card purchase including your Gift Card number and the date and time that the Gift Card was purchased. A €7.50 Lost & Stolen Fee will be charged for each lost or stolen Gift Card report which is processed. This fee will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card account. Any remaining funds will be issued to the purchaser of the Gift Card at the address provided at time of purchase.

Please note that you will be required to provide details regarding your purchase including your Gift Card number and the date and time of purchase. These details should include the Gift Card number, and the Purchaser’s name and address. A €7.50 Redemption Fee will be charged for each Gift Card cancellation which is processed. This fee will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Card account. Any remaining funds will be issued to the person who purchased the Gift Card at the address provided at time of purchase. Redemption Fees will not apply to the cancellation of a Gift Card within 14 days of the Gift Card purchase.
