Eyre Square Centre 'Night of Giving' on Wednesday 19th November 2008

Former Miss Ireland Rosanna Davison will be adding a touch of glamour to proceedings at Eyre Square Centre, Galway on Wednesday November 19th 2008.

Rosanna will be on board as the centre hosts the 'Night of Giving', an exclusive night of shopping and entertainment, with all proceeds going to fourteen local charities. Festivities will kick off at 6.30pm and guests will enjoy a range of entertainment, fashion shows, refreshments, amazing raffles as well as discounted shopping in over sixty stores that make up Eyre Square Centre. Free Car Parking is on offer too on the night for ticketholders.

Olivia Roche, Assistant Operations Manager at Eyre Square, said of the event "We wanted to host an event for our customers but we also wanted to do something special to give back to a community that has always supported us".

She added " This event will kick off the holiday season with a fun filled night of entertainment but also allows us to help numerous charities in the community that are in need of funds at this time of year". The Night of Giving Event will take place on Wednesday 19th November 2008 from 6.30pm till 9.00pm. Tickets for this event are limited and can be purchased in the centre at the Customer Service Desk on Level 1 or from charities locally.

Irish Wheelchair Association, Enable Ireland, Galway Simon Community, Irish Guide Dogs, Galway Hospice Foundation, Cope, Croi, Galway Dyslexia Association, Suicide Ireland, Galway Branch of Cystic Fibrosis, Galway Rape Crisis Centre, Giving for Living Galway, Run Johnny Run in aid of Seachange Foundation and John Paul Centre (Kiltulla Community House).
