About the role
As a Store Manager at Claire’s you’ll ensure your store is not only a great place to shop but also a fantastic place to work! An inspirational leader you’ll drive your team to exceed expectations, maximise sales targets and meet deadlines. You’ll demonstrate unrivalled levels of customer service, thorough knowledge of all our products and services and use your commercial know how to ensure your store is merchandised to the highest standard. Basically you’ll be a Claire’s ambassador!
To achieve all of this you’ll need to make sure you have the very best team onboard – and that means taking responsibility for the recruitment, development and management of your team ensuring each team member is not only challenged but is also fulfilling their potential. About you
Obviously you’ll have demonstrable experience in a management role preferably gained from working in the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality industry. The ability to multitask is also essential for this role, that along with exceptional communication, customer service, organisational and problem solving skills. Finally you’ll need to be educated to a good standard in both numeracy and literacy. At Claire’s the possibilities really are endless.
