Mall Promotion Guidelines:

1. Promotion Rates:

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - €150 plus VAT 23%
• Friday & Saturday - €300 plus VAT 23%
• *Please note that the above rates are per day.
• *Please note that the rate per day from 1st - 24th December is €350 plus VAT at 23%.

2. Full Payment has to be made prior to the promotion taking place, all cheques have to be made payable to Douglas Newman Good.

3. No Table and Chairs are provided.

4. The Promoter has to provide Full Public Liability Insurance.

5. Eyre Square Centre cannot provide Car Parking Facilities, this cost must be incurred by the promotional company.

6. For Larger Promotions, the Loading Bay can be used to unload and load promotional material, Hi Vis Vests must be work in the Loading Bay and these have to be provided by the Promoter.

7. Only Two Promoters can be present at the Promotional Stand at any given time.
