Customer Service Desk: The Customer Service Desk is located on Level 1 near the Whitehall Entrance. The Customer Service Desk operates during trading hours and provides customers with store information, Giftcards and information regarding upcoming promotions and other requested services.

Toilets: Public Toilets, Mothers & Baby Room and a Disabled Toilet are located on Level 1, near the Whitehall Entrance.

ATMS: ATMS are located on both levels, at the top of the Whitehall Escalators on Level 2 beside Early Learning Centre and beside Dunnes Stores on Level 1. There is also an ATM located at the Main Entrance, just off Eyre Square.
